Lap and sector times from your .vbo file.

Upload the file from your logger and Stintdelta finds every lap and sector from the GPS path. Precise to the hundredth, ready in seconds.

Timing lines, not a stopwatch.

Stintdelta finds the moment your GPS path crosses the start line and each split, then interpolates between samples. Lap times are computed from your own driving line, not typed in or read from a summary.

It works on circuits and on point to point runs like hill climbs. One file with several runs gives you all of them.

Use it for

Getting real lap times minutes after the session, without doing any maths.

Why it helps

You stop guessing which lap was fastest and which sector made it so.

Start Timing lines found in the file

Deltas to your best, or to a lap you are proud of.

Every lap and sector sits next to the reference you choose. Green means you gained time, red means you lost it. Pick your best from today, or a lap from months ago at the same track.

Use it for

Tracking progress across a season, not only within one afternoon.

Why it helps

You see if you are really getting faster, not just faster than your first lap.

The optimal lap is your honest target.

Stintdelta adds your best time in each sector. It is a lap you already drove, just never in one go, so it is a target built only from your own driving.

Use it for

Knowing how much time your current skill already allows.

Why it helps

It points at the sector to repeat, not at a time borrowed from someone else.

Optimal lap 2:51.291 0.146 s quicker than your best lap

Weather, track and local time, added for you.

Stintdelta recognises the circuit, sets the local start time from the coordinates and adds the weather for that hour. Nothing to write down in the paddock.

Use it for

Understanding why one session was quicker than the last.

Why it helps

Air temperature and wind explain tenths that driving does not.

Questions drivers ask

Which files can I upload?

Stintdelta reads .vbo files, the format Racelogic VBOX loggers record and Dragy can export. VBOX files carry their own timing lines. Dragy files work at tracks where Stintdelta has preset lines.

How precise are the times?

Times are interpolated between GPS samples at the exact point you cross each line, so they are precise to the hundredth even from a 10 Hz logger.

Does it work for hill climbs and sprints?

Yes. With a finish line in the file, each run goes from start to finish. One file can hold several runs and you get all of them.

Can I mark out laps and cool-down laps?

Yes. Mark any lap as an out lap, in lap or cool-down lap so it stays out of your best and your optimal lap.

Can my reference lap come from another session?

Yes. Pick any lap from an older session at the same track, and every delta is measured against it.
